The adverb 'how' is most often used as part of a question to inquire as to the manner, degree or state of an object or event. There are no categorical antonyms for this word. However, one could very loosely use phrases affirming the possession of knowledge as the opposite of 'how'. For example, 'I know!' or 'Here is how!'
