Before serving, dip briefly in hot water, unmould onto individual plates, add orange segments and juice. |
Prepare the mould by lining it with aluminum foil. Let some foil protrude over the edge to help unmould the ice cream «block» when ready. |
Allow to cool for a few minutes, then unmould the cakes on to a cooling rack. |
Gently loosen the cake from the pan with a knife and unmould onto a serving plate. |
Freeze then to unmould and napper of cold of apple. |
Let cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack, then unmould them if you have baked them in the muffin tins, and let cool completely. |
